1. SERVICES

One Stop Wildlife Management provides wildlife inspection, removal, exclusion, sanitation, and related structural protection services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

All services are subject to site evaluation and availability. Written estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional costs may apply if concealed damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

2. ESTIMATES & PAYMENT

Estimates are valid for the time period stated in your written proposal.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including attics, crawl spaces, garages, roofs, or exterior areas where wildlife activity is suspected.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wildlife intrusion can cause hidden structural damage. While we take reasonable care during inspections and service, One Stop Wildlife Management is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
Undiscovered structural defects
Secondary damage caused by wildlife prior to service
Re-infestation caused by new structural vulnerabilities outside the scope of contracted work

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

5. WARRANTIES

Warranty terms, if applicable, will be clearly outlined in your written service agreement. Warranty coverage may be voided if structural modifications, third-party repairs, or property alterations occur after our service without written approval.

6. WEBSITE USE

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of One Stop Wildlife Management and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness of website content.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
